This chair is not made to withstand rain. We have another model made with a rust resistant frame and special outdoor fabric that is perfect for outdoor.
Having said that, this chair is very lightweight so you can easily move it out if the sun comes. Afterwards, you simply take it back in when you are done or if you see rainclouds in the horizon.
